thin clients and usb

I tried to google for a howto for using usb pens on thin clients on a  
sarge based skolelinux installation, but not with great success...

Anyone who could tell how to make usb pens available on a thin client?

http://www.skolelinux.no/~klaus/newnotater/x2714.html (written for woody)  
tells me to install a package named ltps-usb, but I can't find any. Is  
there a such package for sarge?
