Do you mean the following note (as suggested requirement for Skolelinux
in large installations)?:

I warmly recommend anyone interested in creating (or moving towards
becoming) a CDD to join the debian-custom mailinglist.
For those confused on wether Debian-Edu/Skolelinux is already a CDD:
CDDs are _subsets_ of Debian. More info here: http://cdd.alioth.debian.org/
