Either Windows NT 4.0 Terminal Server Edition or Windows 2000/2003
Server with service "Terminal Server" installed/enabled. Main thing is
the protocol RDP. Windows Server 2000/2003 have a build-in 2-user
licence for administration-use, if you only want to test. I think also
Windows XP uses RDP for their RemoteAdministration tool. I've even seen
3rd party terminalserver software out there, possibly making a powerful
Windows XP installation an 8 user TerminalServer for example..
