I was planing to send you an updated French translation. Does it mean it
is not necessary to do so? Please let me know. I have also update the
globals.pl so that LTPS 3.0.7 is recognized.

Is the new stuff you are talking about in the version marked 0.5.99?
Oh, I see I need to update the fr locale file to see that string, I will
try the update_languages script then let you know how it was.
