For DebConf ?  For Debian-NYC events?

I think that proposals for both/either/unspecified would be good.  We
can use NYC-area workshops as practice for DebConf, too.

There is a list of proposals for workshops here, feel free to add
anything you'd like to it:

(and, if you ever want to mail the list saying "let's do something",
that's definitely a good idea).
