[Debian-NYC] BSP: other planning

== Tasks to delegate ==
- Food chief
Order sponsored food, make sure it's sufficient, perhaps send off
some other big central orders.
- Infrastructure chief
Think about wireless, setting up the mirrors, making sure we have
cables, and so on. (Clint and Lee ?) Perhaps use the Debconf APs to
get multi-channels set up.
- Educational chief
Help make sure that everyone gets the help they need to be
productive.
Anything else that can be delegated or someone would like to be in
charge of?
== Food ==
For the upcoming BSP, we have about $250 of food sponsorship, and 28
people signed up right now. We need to decide how to allocate this
money. At first, we had though to have dinner Friday and lunch
Saturday, however funds may be a bit limited for that.
What do you think the best way to handle this is?
- two meals, prioritize by sign-up number
- two meals, take donations from attendees to ensure enough food for
everyone.
- one meal Saturday lunch, enough for everyone
I'm leaning to the last option: have one sponsored meal, and do it
well.
== Schedule for Friday ==
I'm thinking that general arrivals start 18:30 to 19:00, with key
organizers arriving for setup at 18:00 or before. Does this sound
good? (Other days are as early as you get there.)
Lee - anything else we need to do? We should work out a schedule
between us for supervision of the space overnight. I volunteer for
all the night shifts.

This is going to be awesome.
