1  person I know from Pune city who contributes to Debian in various
forms. his bursary request is rejected.

I wonder if Debian has revised the requirement for bursary request.

I am not a Debian developer i.e. a person with debian.org credentials
but my bursary request was approved for #DebConf15
I do consultancy at enterprise space to promote Debian for example
Debian on SPARC, requirement of linux system with ZFS support & many
other.
