5 is just an estimate. The number if tracks will depend on how many different types of topics are covered by all the sessions.

We can reduce the number of rooms anytime once we know how many sessions will be planned. But it would be more difficult to ask for more rooms later. Also, I don't think we'll have sessions in all the tracks all the time. For example, a session might end at 12 noon and the next session in the same room might not be until 4. But other rooms might be having sessions in the meantime. I don't want one session delaying the start of the next one in the same room.
