Bug#704285: release-notes: Debian doesn't support LSB 3.2

Package: release-notes
Version: r9650
Tags: wheezy patch

Hi,

If I understand the lsb packaging correctly, Debian aims at support
for LSB 4.1 these days instead of LSB 3.2.

More importantly, the Linux Standard Base Desktop Specification
(both version 3.2 or 4.1) says:

The libraries listed in Table 3-1 shall be available on a
Linux Standard Base - Desktop system, with the specified
	runtime names.

	[...]
	libqt-mt	libqt-mt.so.3

but wheezy does not include that library.

This says "supports" but not "conforms to". I hope readers understand
the distinction.

Thanks,
Jonathan
