Bug#609929: release-notes: mention upstart in chapter about dependency-based booting?

Package: release-notes
Severity: wishlist

In file whats-new.dbk, there's a chapter about
"dependency-based boot sequencing and parallel boot."

As there are two similar approaches on this (upstart and
systemd), should upstart be mentioned as the one actually beeing used
in Squeeze?

==============================================================================

  An important improvement in the &debian; boot system is the introduction
- of dependency-based boot sequencing and parallel boot. This feature is enabled
+ of dependency-based boot sequencing and parallel boot. This feature named
+ upstart is enabled
  by default in new installs and it will be enabled for upgrades from
  &oldreleasename;, if possible.
