Bug#599194: release-notes: section "sufficient-space" should use apt-get, not aptitude

Damn, you're right, I should have checked.

apt-get -o APT::Get::Trivial-Only=true dist-upgrade
seems to give the info and give up without asking the question, I don't
know if that's an acceptable solution?
