Please find the initial version of upgradring.po for the Swedish translation. this along with the pending three updates from #513292 would make Swedish 100% done.

Very strange, this message has not been forwarded from the BTS to
debian-doc ... (listmasters informered).

Anyway, after a few fixed tags (don't forget to check before, it's
easier to check it after each new translated string on your side), and
updatepo, your translation has been commited to SVN r6053.
