Yep, nice.

But what exactly the difference of these tags "released", "inddpcvs".

  <released name="apt-howto" path="manuals/apt-howto"
            langs="en fr de it ja ko pl pt-br ru es">
  <inddpcvs name="apt-howto" langs="en fr de it ja ko pl pt-br ru es">

We do not usuall have releaed version available on web at this moment
except for high profile package.  If we do, they are installed manually
"byhand", I think.  

Maybe pointing "released" to packages.debian.org maybe better.
