Duh.  I'm thick.  I hadn't noticed the makefile sitting around there,
and hadn't been able to figure out how to test/convert my SGML :-/

Package: adduser
Version: 3.11.1

Not in that version, which I believe is potato.  Are we talking about
woody here?
