I found that I DID closed this Bug#36944, and Bug#26090.

I will reopen #26090, and merge them. Then they are closed by
upload of next version with the written description changes
and code addition to warn and abort.

These sentences are still active. I wish to fix the Bug#16304, #30798, #31107,
and #39665, as far as I can.
I am not interested in keeping this package, so after this bug squashing is
finished, and if Stephane Bortzmeyer wishes, he can take over this package.
I think surely he has enough skills and knowledge to take this, and he has
fixed many bugs by his NMU before I take over this pacakge.
I only wished to fix the bugs which I reported as soon as I can.
