debiandoc-sgml

What version of debiandoc-sgml is being used for the actual builds on 
cvs.debian.org?  (or wherever they are actually being built on)  The one that is

being used (wherever it is) has the URL tag bug and it should be up/downgraded 
to a version that works.  

Either that or I need to downgrade my stuff to what is being used.  :)
