I absolutely agree that a four eyes principle. On the other hand several
maintainers consider uploading to experimental (as in said case of onetbb)
and trust a team to verify the issues mentioned above.

Yes, this mail was for sure my motivation to write my mail. IMHO it
says that there is no need for manual inspection ... and I would love
if this would be clarified and documented.
