Here "cdbs" being "a part of cdbs known to use debhelper".  At the
moment, these cdbs snippets are (to lintian) known to use debhelper:

 * /usr/share/cdbs/1/rules/debhelper.mk
 * /usr/share/R/debian/r-cran.mk

Patches/MR are welcome at https://salsa.debian.org/lintian/lintian/ or
in the BTS.
