This list is slightly unhelpful (for my case / the Debian Perl Group)
as it reports hundreds [0] of "git repository still hosted on alioth"
warnings which are not factually true.

(I know, the Vcs-* fields in the packages in the archive still point
to alioth for all the not-yet-uploaded packages but the repos are
already moved …)
