I must report the solution: Debian experimental kernels 3.15.x and 
3.16.rcX both work well, supporting my video card Intel 4400 + GeForce 
730M and including suspend and resume.

I was wrong that this is Debian bug and want to thank everybody who 
referred me to the solution.
