I might be missing something but they all seem to be in perl core:

% for m in File::Path File::Basename File::Find File::Temp Text::ParseWords Data::Dumper ; do corelist $m ; done

File::Basename was first released with perl 5

Data for 2014-01-09
File::Find was first released with perl 5

Data::Dumper was first released with perl 5.005
