Can dinstall be run every hour please? For me, if anything dinstall is
not frequent enough.
If it takes longer than hour to execute, can it be optimised and sped up?

No opinion, as I don't actually understand what that means.
As in, will that enabled buildds to fetch/use packages from incoming.d.o?
