As I already told you on IRC: this name (both package name and binary
name) is wrong, or at least highly confusing.
Quoting /usr/share/doc/debhelper/PROGRAMMING.gz:
| This file documents things you should know to write a new debhelper
| program. Any program with a name that begins with dh_ should conform
| to these guidelines (with the historical exception of dh_make).
