It'll have to be x86-64 (or even x86.64) in package names, since _ isn't
allowed there, but the general principle seems OK.
There is precedent in the archive for replacing the _ with -, for instance
mlton-runtime-x86-64-linux-gnu and pcc-for-x86-64-linux-gnu.
