Lucas did (in 2007) an archive rebuild with a patched dpkg to call
build-arch instead of build when -B is passed. He posted the results in
bug #229357. Relevant part:

> Of those 1823 packages, 31 packages failed to build.

Unfortunately, the logs are no longer available so it's not possible to
know which packages failed to build (unless Lucas still has them
somewhere?).
