nope, but i assume if there are folks who feel this itch it will get
scratched :)  this type of information would be really good to have
in footnotes or an appendix in the webapps policy or some other best
practices document.

i think that was the original intention of webapps-common, but once again i
should point out that this project hasn't gone anywhere in a year or two,
mostly due to lack of interest/time.
