The correct package to check for reStructuredText support is not
‘rest2web’ (a rather specialised tool to build a whole website,
irrelevant for the purpose of this discussion), but ‘python-docutils’
(the library support and generic tools for reST rendering).

How did you generate your statistics, and can you do so with the
‘python-docutils’ package for comparison?
