That's already possible, the problem is that it doesn't consider multiple
sources, i.e., it just takes (probably the latest, if multiple) the URI
which provides the greater version and reports that one, and downloads the
final URI if it is requested to do so.

E.g.

version=3
http://sf.net/foo/bar-(.+)\.tar\.gz
http://foo.tld/downloads.html files/bar-(.+)\.tar\.gz
