My point is: We don't want to change version-tracking to track this
"Fixes" notion in addition to the "Closes" notion. Version-tracking is
complex enough already.

(Btw, when quoting, you should be careful not to cut atomic entities,
like paragraphs usually, into smaller parts. I usually try to write one
idea per paragraph especially for that.)
