However with 463 RC bugs in testing, it is clear that dropping architectures is unlikely to make the release happen faster. If you want to positively influence the RM team to remove mips(el), the best way is to fix RC bugs. It will make the release happen faster, bringing the moment when RM team needs to choose what architectures are going to be released. It will also move you from the "whiners" group to the "doers" group, making it more likely that people act on your demands.
