I wonder why audacious and audacious-plugins should be separate packages at
all instead of building them into a single binary package, given that this
circular dependency relationship exists (even if not on paper currently).
But at a minimum, yes, the audacious-plugins package should be depending on
libaudacious by way of shlibdeps. That won't prevent all broken
combinations of coinstallable packages, but it would have prevented the
current broken combination within testing.
