Porting from OpenSSL to GnuTLS

Hello,

I might start thinking about porting an x509 application from OpenSSL to 
GnuTLS (Gnu Transport Layer Security) and so looking about feedbacks, 
experiences ..etc.. about such porting, libraries ..etc..
