Maybe you refered to some of those stories and just picked my mail to
answer while being inspired by other rants. Whatever. It's your
problem if you cannot follow the discussion flow, not mine.

Would you please copy the quoted part to restore the context and then
try to judge without emotions? Please. This part refers to the cases
where maintainers actually _refuses_ help and not the cases where help
is appreciated.
