Please *login* to master.debian.org and *read* /etc/exim4/dnslists.

Five role accounts and another one which is not a role account are
already using a "single" DNSBL, namely sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org.

I think we, common developers, should also have the freedom to use
sbl-xbl or not. If I chose to do so, it would be for *my* email, not
for *yours*, so please don't try to tell me what it's ok or what
it's not. Receiving more than 100 spams a day certainly is not.
