Would that prevent local email?  Or would you then say, "only listen
on localhost"?

People like to call themselves "social liberal & fiscal
conservative". Unfortunately, these 2 are diametrically opposed,
since the social liberal wants more government "help", and the
fiscal conservative wants smaller government.
