The probability that the developer has the particular package that will
cause the build to fail installed is small, so the bug will most likely
manifest itself on a user's system anyway.  To find these bugs you need to
get your package built on a variety of "real world" installations.  Perhaps
users of Unstable should be encouraged to build packages locally whenever
convenient.
