No, I agree that PHP (both version 4 and 5) are far from frozen and
still receive lots of updates, as the ChangeLog clearly shows.

But does that mean that Debian Stable cannot carry a project like PHP
which is still undergoing heavy development?  Or will backports.org be
the home of such projects?
