Packages-arch-specific, listing what packages should be built for what
architectures and which shouldn't.

It's available from public CVS, though.

Henning, it would help a bit if you read the bits around on how the
autobuilder network rather than asking questions which shouldn't take
you more than ten minutes of investigation to find the answer to.
