As this is mentioned here. It would be nice if apt had some switch to
behave more similar to dpkg in this regard. It's always annoying if one
has to download a package by hand, just because apt refuses to install
packages before the current situation is sane, which in turn needs to
install a package to make some other package's postinst happy...
