You know, some people *do* take vacations. Or have Real Life
emergencies. Or sudden business trips. It the first case, it would be
nice if the original submitter added a comment to the Bug about doing
so, but in the others, well, there *are* things more important than
Debian.

So if someone hijacks a two week old ITP, they should be prepared to
hand it back when the original submitter returns the following week,
having finished burying Grandma and settling the estate, or settled into
the new house after the old one burned down, or whatever.

Now, a 9 month old ITP without any activity is ripe for a takeover.
