Shtoom is a open-source, cross-platform VoIP softphone, implemented in
Python.  As well as the basic phone, the package also includes a number
of other applications -

    * shtoom - the end-user phone
    * shtam - a simple answering machine/voicemail application
    * shmessage - an announcement server
