Its a Accounting/Ledger system from http://www.sql-ledger.org/  --
sql-ledger is written in Perl and seems simple enough but I'm getting
strange "cannot be found" issues.  Like I mis-configured
Debian/Perl/PostgresSQL =/   =)  But I doubt that however.
