I was very much under the impression that we *do* want to release, and
the sticking points where the testing security infrastructure and
buildds, maybe I'm wrong though...
The general randomness of the squabbling is something you'll always get
in a group of developers of this size. Worryingly, you can get really
rather good at ignoring the squabbling, and just reading the useful and
correct information which often sinks to the bottom under the pile of
crap.
