If we really say: "Well, we recommend to upgrade your package to the
newest version.", _than_ I think adding it to volatile may be ok.
However, certainly a border case, and certainly not the most important
thing to start off (so, IMHO, we can just postpone the discussion about,
and start with the things we all agree about).
