  Basically you need to pin those packages in the pbuilder root. For
  that you can use the method used by GNOME Team:
  http://svn.debian.org/viewcvs/pkg-gnome/tools/pbuilder/hooks/D10preferences?view=markup&rev=769

  It is a hook that adds a pin to those packages that you need to get
  from experimental.
