Unfortunately this required also the maintainers do manage different 
package releases with different policies, one for stable and one 
for sid. So double efforts in many cases. This is an already seen
thread. See messages about "to release or not to release
mozilla-firefox, that's the problem" previously, and comments by 
secteam people about that.
