Asking someone to think a little bit more about an ITP, and provide us with
his reasons (no matter how simple they are -- there must be at least one,
right?) is a good thing.
If the person realizes that there isn't a single real reason for the ITP,
then it is less cruft in the archive. If there IS a real reason for the
ITP, the new package is welcome.
BTW, please add cyrus21-pop3d and cyrus-pop3d to that list ;-)
