I used the following in /etc/pbuilder/pbuilderrc:
MIRRORSITE=http://snapshot.debian.net/archive/2004/02/20/debian
The date was picked somewhat randomly and almost certainly the
distribution at that time contains some bugs that have been fixed.
On the other hand, pbuilder create --distribution sid works.
