Bug#242336: plib1/plib1c102 ?

The plib changelog says:

  * Reverted package name from plib1c102 to plib1 as we have a new so-name.

What does that mean ? If the soname changed, the package name must
change accordingly !

In woody there is a plib1 package already. If sarge ships a plib1
package with a new soname, this will break dependants packages.

packages.d.o says that all versions contain the same sonames.

Philipp, can you explain what happened ? Looks like the lib does not
C++ and was witched to c102, possibly because woody xlibmesa3 was
linked to libstdc++ ? That would explain things, but the changelog
entry would then be far from accurate.
