Thank you, I will test it as soon as I can download it.
I didn't realize the package (and firebird) was orphaned, sorry about that.

Well, maybe I should give that New Maintainers Guide an inspection.

I was wondering about it, since I couldn't find upstream source anywhere
but in the php source.
